Weren't we meant to have a new bindings "save" tool?

Was I hallucinating or having one of those weird episodes? - I could have sworn I read a communications manager comment saying that we were going to get a feature to manage our control bindings. - (can't seem to find it now though)

(Maybe it is tied to our illusory newsletter-subscription decal?)
