I want to point out that habitat genes do not affect the wetland requirements of the Spinosaurids. While for "Forest Adaptation" and "Grassland Adaptation" I don't know in which way they should modify the requirement, I think that the "Confined Space Adaptation" gene should also reduce all wetland requirements. This also would likely open the door for the addition of a new gene that reduces wetland but increases grassland and forest requirements.
