I found that my surname is part of the NPC Name Generator. Not that I'm complaining, of course. :D

Has anyone else found their surname when you thought you never would?

My brother "Leon Blackwell" is in the game as an NPC generated name...when i first encountered him I did a double-take!
Obviously in true Fraternal Fashion - I blew the imposter up!
It was so worth the Wanted Status!

I am meant to have an npc named but despite playing almost 10,000 hrs I have never seen him despite seeing some multiple times.

I have seen Mad Mike but he is not mine :(

[big grin]As part of my PB package, I got to name a NPC.

Met him in the game when I was doing some BHing.....as he was wanted I had no choice but to dispatch him [big grin]

Well i get called november oscar sierra, when docking, and Oscar sounds pretty much like my Cmdr name Nosscar,
and there is some stations with my exact last real name.

Killed my RL mate once, in game that is :eek:, even got screnie , he is an Alpha backer, so he got his name in game. I have only seen him once though and he was a piece of cake hehe [big grin]

No, but I was pleasantly surprised to be pulled out of supercruise by one NPC named Olaf Barthel; Among other things, long time caretaker of the AmigaOS SDK.
I would have stayed to chat, but he apparently mistook me for a blank CDr in need of having the SDK ISO deply engraved into it. :p
