What am I doing wrong? Guests won't ride my custom coaster

Playing through the career mode I have noticed that guests won't ride my custom coasters. Before Hotfix 2 I assumed it was related to the bug about queue lengths etc, but I have just reloaded the game and found that whereas all the other queues seem to be working really well, no one will ride my custom crazy mouse. To illustrate the issue I have made a 2 min video showing what is going on. I can only assume I'm doing something wrong, so if anyone has ideas for how I can fix it please do let me know as it's driving me crazy!

If it is still a bug, then apologies for posting in the wrong forum - I just naturally assume these days that it's my fault!

too scary could mean that it is out of the tollerance, while ENF seems fine, there are also those new tollerances for height and speed, there seems to be a high drop in the background?

Just a quick tipp: if you want some troubleshooting, film the coaster (layout + pov) and give all the stats even under 'complete results' or so the button is named.

Thanks. If it is ride tolerances holding them back, surely we need some kind of feedback for that? At the moment all I'm getting is that 2% think it's too scary. Surely that means there are 98% of people for whom it's within their tolerances? Or am I misunderstanding the mechanic?

I went back to my save from this scenario and checked my coasters - There is one with very similar EFN Stats to yours, and it is very popular with guests.
You might be onto something with guests not giving good feedback if the G-forces or max height/speed of the coaster exceed their tolerances.

Can you make a screenshot of the "Results" tab in the Testing Pane, with the g-forces visible, like this:

If you get way too extreme here, there will be a message in this window warning you about it, but maybe you are just below that warnings limit.

Also, if you close the prebuilt coaster down and wait a while with the game running, check your guests thoughts - they might say something like "There are no coasters here that match my tolerances".

There was a very high vertical G force for a slit second on one drop. So, I think that's the reason no one rode it.

It comes down to feedback, though. The only feedback I ever got from the game was that 1 or 2 % of riders thought the ride was too scary. There was no feedback at all about tolerances, etc. If this is going to be a mechanic, we need guest feedback about why they won't ride something.

That's the issue... I posted a video of the ENF etc and there was no warning either on the ride, or in any guest thought. But there was a vertical g of just under 11 for 0.5 seconds at one point, so no one was riding it. Seems that the feedback isn't quite right at the moment.
