What am I looking at here?

Hi guys

Was out in the Pleiades last night and noticed a distant shape that looks either like another galaxy or some sort of interesting POI - can someone enlighten me as to what it is? Screenshot below - the thing I'm on about is the distant shape to the left of the space station.

That's the Andromeda Galaxy if I am not mistaken.

I think its a nearby galaxy, but I cant recognise it from the list here on wikipedia...

Hmm, one of the many dwarf-galaxies hovering around/orbiting Milky Way, I'd think. Outside our travel ranges anyway.
