So today I decided to go to an enemy system to help undermine it. I'm recently aligned with Lavigny-Duval, so I headed into a Winters, Federation controlled system and started smashing Federal Agents and Federal security vessels. Unfortunately I don't seem to get any merits for this. Am I missing something? All I'm getting is interdicted constantly and a big bounty on my head.
What am I missing? Undermining?
