I am just wondering about this, what animals will the hammock that will be released along with the Southeast Asia Animal Pack cater to in the base game, I imagine that in the back it caters to the Sun Bear, Proboscis Monkey and Clouded Leopard, and in base game it would cater to the Giant Panda, Western Chimpanzee, Western Lowland Gorilla, Bonobo and Bornean Orangutan, what other animals apart from the ones mentioned would be able to use it. Also the first name I will custom name a Sun Bear is 'Yoshi', because of the tongue, Sun Bears rule

It is used by the elephants too
Only by the baby elephants. Tbh I was expecting more animals as the little pools are very common in zoos.
Hayo @RedPandaReggie! The hammock will only be used by the Sun Bear and Clouded Leopard upon release. We may look at changing this down the line, but no promises on that!
Really hope it will someday be usable by all Primates. @Chante Goodman by the way I know the South America Pack is already released since a long Time but could it still be possible to maybe make the Termite Mound for the Giant Anteater also usable for Aardvarks and maybe also Chimpanzees and Bonobos?
A hamrock can often be found in ape habitats, so personally I'd love to see them added to the list.

Well, that very hammock is used in my local zoo in the enclosures for orangutans, gorillas, chimpanzees, capuchin monkeys and giant pandas (+more animals not in PZ).
It would be a pity and a waste if such a well done model of such a common zoo object can only be used by 2 animals, while you still have to build fake hammoks pice by piece for your apes and other climbing animals.
Didn't even think about Pandas. I bet it looks great when they use it
Judging from the fact that a feline and a bear can use hammocks, it's likely that other semi-arboreal felines (Tigers and Jaguars, specifically) can and should use it, if they add it to other animals' enrichment objects. And, of all the bears, I really can only see the Giant Panda, Moonbear, and the 2 Brown Bears using it. I doubt the Polar Bear would/should use it, but that's only my opinion.
I also agree primates should use them, so those actually may take the priority as it is more likely they sit on a hammock. Basically, any arboreal/semi-arboreal species should be considered.
I wouldn't want to see a Pronghorn or a Gharial sitting in a hammock (although it would be funny)

What we shouldn't forget though: every animal they add does mean animation work. So we really should be reasonsble.
Certainly, although I think it's good to let them know that we'd want an expansion on these features. It didn't bother me before but now that someone has brought up pandas using hammocks, damn, I really want that.

On my last visit at my local zoo I just noticed that the orangutans had the same hammock (and not sure about chimpanzees). It's a pity that they will not be able to use it ingame, as it is an item very common on zoos for apes and other animals.
