Sol is by far the most interesting system in the game (it's our system) so I wanted to know if there is a chance it would ever be overtaken by another faction or is it too close to Hudson's Home system?

It's a Control system, so it is possible, but given it's less than 30ly from their home, easy to fortify and reasonably profitable, something would need to be going seriously wrong for it to slip out - Hudson would have to be in a death cycle that would lead to them no longer being a major power

Galileo in Sol is surely the most pretty station I've encountered so far. I once just sat there in my cockpit, enjoying the atmosphere.
