What are the main benefits of playing Franchise, over Challenge mode?

The reason i ask is because, due to the massive lag when trying to buy animals on the market in Franchise mode, Challenge mode is all that's really open to me. What am i missing out on?

You can get Albinos and animals with good genetics easier. Making CC is also easier, since you can price animals higher than what you get when releasing to the wild.
For me, these are challanges not disadvantages, but everyone has a different perspective on things.

for me the challenge mode is more a 'challenge' since franchise is very easy to gain money/cc (like the person above me also mentioned). In challenge mode you need to breed the albino's yourself (by pure luck), in stead of buying them on the market. You will get less cc for the animals since you can not sell them for a custom ammount of cc. So overall it is more a challenge to create a good running zoo with the animals you want.

my favorite is challenge, because you can use the maps from career mode, and then change it into a sandbox game later if you want... I imagine Franchise gives you a different (though maybe not better or worse, just unique) feeling of progression.

On one side challenge mode is harder (getting the animals you want) on the other hand way easier (by forcing cheaper animals first your success chance financially is way higher) . In franchise you can trade yourself to many cc easily getting all those high maintenance animals and not beeing able to succedd financially

I'm really being put off franchise mode, I wish you could transfer money in-between your franchises. It would make it a lot more playable if you could have a 'basic starter zoo' and instead of deleting everything, firing every staff member and going through the hassle of deleting every single bin. I wish you could transfer money and not just the animals into a another area of your franchise - this would be more rewarding (personal opinion) and you could have many different types of zoo's all placing money in the pot.
I get that your meant to 'pre-plan' your zoo to make it work, but if your anything like me you forget or get engrossed with placing animals and watching your animals grow and breed plus concentrating on the mangers side of things and making sure your zoo doesn't become a run down mess before you hit the big million.
