The requirements are listed when trying to purchase the ship. You will need to be a Baron. You will need to join the Empire and rank up through official missions. Imperial Clippers can be purchased at various Starports throughout Empire space. For example, you can usually purchase an Imperial Clipper at Wolf 1301 in Saunder's Dive. They retail for approximately 22,000,000 CR. Clear skies Commander.

I do not own one personally, but that is what I am working towards. The ship to me represents status. It flies nicely and really should only be used for light transport.

Do you know what are the requirements to gaining ranks within the Empire and if the advancement missions changes? I sure don't want to go fetch combat stabilizers again, so boring!
