Sweet build dude, i only have access to a drop ship on the fed side, (which is my base raider) but that's not to bad for a die hard, jackboot wearing, slave owning, Imperial fascist.

I haven't done any base assaults at all yet, but I have that image in my head of going in in a fighter with air cover by the mothership and then after switching to the SRV the fighter providing cover. I really hope 2.2 will work that way.

i take a courier or a DBS. DBS has better canopy to do it. both is quite challenging. pd is a must.
