Newcomer / Intro what contributes to trade rank?

Ok fellow commanders, iv recently got elite in exploration and now after many trips to the black outwith the bubble im looking to increase my trade rank (currently at broker). I know that buy low/sell high, boom time deliveries, mining, and the community goals(that are delivery natured) contribute to it, but is there anything else? iv heard passenger missions can contribute to these?

Yes, it's the one-hop bulk and VIP missions that are trade missions. Point to point.

The longer-range sightseeing missions are exploration rank.

Robigo runs are giving both trade and exploration ranks - or at least they used to.

If you sell your mined commodities, this will also assist in increasing your trade rank. Making a huge profit really helps

The 50,000,000 credits for Bertrandite "mining" got Elite rank in Trading for me

Laser mining platinum should make you 50 million an hour using a Python. Sell to space stations and not fleet carriers. Selling anything to fleet carriers does not contribute to trade rank.
