What did I do wrong? Killed for piracy when attempting a power restoration mission at an inactive settlement.

Yes, they will, but as I found out yesterday, they unfortunately don't last very long. Made it easier to cut my way into the power room afterwards, at least. Thanks, in any case, doing the mission in this way notoriety and the visit to IF is saved. Need to try it out soon
