That video is a celebration trailer, celebrating the 1 year anniversary of Planet Coaster, showing it’s features and content at that time, and a collection of amazing creations from Frontier and the community. It was not meant as an announcement, which is why “nothing happened” after it’s release.

Regarding the music: I do not know what music was used for this video. I do know that Frontier has used music from audionetwork.com in the past. Perhaps you can find the music there. Do know that audionetwork.com features paid music.
