What do I have to research in order to unlock the Hot Water tap in Franchise?

Hello,
I'm trying to unlock the new Hot Water Tap (with 1.9 update) in an older Franchise zoo, but I'm not sure which category of item to research. I'm just trying to get it for the Japanese Macaques (I don't really want capybaras in this particular zoo.)
Is it under macaques, or do I have to get a capybara to research it? I have the Wetlands DLC.

You are welcome! It's a neat enrichment, didn't work the way I thought it was going to, but it's still neat nonetheless.
