The poshness of Betty's is offset by their grammatic indolence. There are backstreet curry houses in Bradford with more respect for the apostrophe, if not interior decor. Or cutlery.

Sorry, I'm confused. Does the place belong to Betty, or are their multiple Bettys?

Missing (and incorrectly used) apostrophes can be so very irksome.

I run a one man haulage outfit, I fly from star to star, to wherever I can make a credit on a load, the hours are long but the views are immense.

I'm the current lone-wolf temp employee for the Pirate/Bounty Hunter civil dispute resolution service. I'm newly born and earn commission based on credit bounty. I start at 100 credits and work up from there.
I'm an ethnic majority, rail gun permitting.
I have a band E rated ship on the efficiency scale.
I own an asteroid which I let to students for tax purposes.

I guess I should add something - I'm currently contracting to a well known UK telecoms company. I do capacity and forecast planning along with other general planning "things". Tends to keep me quite busy.

Oh, and I do a bit of programming on the side - not that I've had much time for that lately. :)

I'm upper management of a group of Powertrain Design Engineers (across 5 locations) in the powersports industry- so involved in Motorcycle, ATV snow mobile engine designs. Best job, very very busy-sometimes overwhelming but I feel I can make much more difference than when I started my career almost 20 years ago at Jaguar, Aston Martin and even when I lived in Germany and worked for Hyundai. Despite the freezing cold of where I live now, I feel much more appreciated in my profession than when I lived in the UK.

This is one of my finest hours of late

I sometimes think that in the Frontier universe I should be a ship engine engineer- may be working on an Imperial world- but then what kind of a bus mans holiday would that be? More fun to be an explorer/bounty hunter
