What do you guys think we will need for alien engineering?

I thought I would start collecting alien mats (if they exist) to prepare for the alien weaponry engineering.
Is anyone else doing this? Also what are you guys collecting, and from where?

My guess something you will not have storage for....and a crapload more grinding.

Aside from the word Thargoid it will be badly thought out grind fest for everything.

I am hoping to be proved wrong but you can only go on previous evidence.

A site can be found in the HIP 14909 system, planet 2 A, the coordinates are lat: -26.44, long: -27.47.


The materials are unique to the scavengers I think.

Regular stuff (what currently exists), and anything you can get out of a scav...... carapace, energy cells, etc etc. Let's face it, we're going to join human based equipment to alien based tech so that your new shield generator works against alien acid beams......etc.

They already sell them at Hutton. YOu can only fit them on an Anaconda though. Luckily there are huugggeeee discounts at Colonia for a limited time.
