That's it really...I have it bound but it seems to do nothing...Hoping it can help with interacting with menus in VR...Galaxy Map is a pain in the butt...thanks!

In the menus like graphics and controls, there are now nested sections (expandable/collapsible). This will expand and collapse those sections I think.
Yep this is correct, anything with a + against it. Seeing as it's in the UI section of the controls I'm hoping this means that its function will expand to thing like the galaxy map and not just the options menu.
