What going on with the store?

Forgive me, I've been away from elite for several months but, whats going on with the store? I understand the move to Arcs, I hate it and the price increase but, I digress. My issues is that functionality seems to have been removed.

When I items are time limited, this doesn't seem to be communicated anywhere in the UI. It used to be that Christmas and other holiday, time-limited skins would get there own shop section but this doesn't seem to happen any more. 'Featured', unless I'm missing something just seems to be recent additions. I still have no idea what this years Christmas items are.

Please clearly indicate if an item is time limited and show how long is left and for clarity, allow event items to appear in their own section.
 
Found the style filter on the website but, still wasn't super clear. Wish it was a section on the left rather than a filter from the menu
 
Yeah, it's poor, but then again the old shop never showed the time limit for offers either. Hopefully they'll do more work on it next year.
 
Just bought a few items and I'm sure FD don't actually want me to spend money in there! I'm using the website rather than ingame. The site logs me out at every opportunity and the logins don't persist across subdomains so I log in to buy arx (where the login page redirected me to the support page after successful credential entry) then when I went to the DLC store, had to login again!
Now I'm in the DLC and from the Product Listing page there is no add to basket. Hell, there is no basket! Once I purchase the item via the Product Details Page, it doesn't return me to the Product Listing Page at the correct point, I have to hit back until I get back to the PLP and refresh the page.

This is really needs someone to go through the order process flow of the site and streamline the clicks to purchase. It's terrible.
