What happened to imperial slave prices?

Several months ago I was trading at 5 to 6k profit between Toval and Delaine Black Markets. Now it's only 1500. Even the galactic average is under 10000. Looks like a across the board price adjustment and not a local fluctuation.

I noticed this too and some new missions to smuggle slaves into stations just for fun ... so maybe low demand for them legally?
