Are you talking about the giveaway some time ago starting 19/09/2020 ?
If so, it was a copy of horizons.

It's best to raise the issue with Epic as they are the company that you have bought it from.

The configuration error was entirely the work of Epic, otherwise my 4th account would have EDO for free too, surely?
