Did you turn off music in your audio prefs? IIRC the elevator music still played even when off, maybe Frontier changed that.. I can't test rn unfortunately.There is no music in the majority of turbolifts now. I loved that touch. What happened to the Muzak?!?

Still there last time I was in a lift. tbh, there are so many issues with sound not playing sometimes how could you tell?

Mon Dieu! That was it. I had the infamous Streamer Mode selected.I actually toggled on streaming mode so I don't have to hear the elevator music anymore.
Maybe check if it's activated for you too? It also changes the music in bars I think.
