I can't find it, it seems to be removed entirely. This is a fairly large dealbreaker for me. I like having my CMDRs Holo-Me face be anonymous and this flat out not being an option anymore (you can enable the helmet always on in holo-me, but the game just refuses to respect the option with the Remlok suit) is really annoying.
This also goes for all the other suits, which do respect the helmet option, but don't respect the opaque setting I had back in Horizons.
