What happened to the Railgun and Multicannon Ammo changes?

In the first beta changelog, it was mentioned that Railgun and Multicannon had their ammo adjusted.
This was never seen during beta.
At the end of beta, it was mentioned that the railgun suddenly had a 5 shot magazine.
This is also not visible now (even though i suspect that the multishot stats bugged their way into the singleshot railgun)

So what happened? i was so excited when i read that, maybe some more shots for the railgun, finally...
but nothing...

will it come later? was it dropped again?

Oh yes. I fly triple railgun Courier recently and its the best fun ever (especially assasinations, it tears bigger ships apart like no other ship). Having 50 ammo would allow me to kill at least 3 big targets, before docking to rearm.

Probably went the same way that docking at a hostile&wanted station went : didn't actually make it into the patch

what was with them? im not hostile anywhere...so i dont even know how it is right now^^
