What happened to the slalom flying station security?

When I started in ED in 2016 I could hear a loud CLONK sound from time to time when I stayed in a station. I finally found out that it usually came from a ship collision with the station structure caused by one of the station security pilots.

Sometimes one of them flew daring slalom maneuvers between those pole structures at the front of the station. The engine exhausts drew a neat looking sinus curve between the poles as prove of his piloting skills (he probably did so to fight against a boreout which is generally known the most common occupational disease for security forces around stations).

Of course I know that this is an unlawful behaviour and leads to a service supervisory complaint and in notorious cases ends with the suspension of that pilot. But we all know that waiting for the next pew-pew action can be very annoying and setting goals in the game is a thing for procedural created NPCs as well…).

Anyway - I couldn’t spot this kind of sports anymore for a long time. Does it still happen?

Or did the security pilots change to a more refined anti-boreout behaviour? Like flying naked or painting “pew-pew” in pink letters on their guns?

They were all sent away on a training course. They are better at manouevers now :)
