What happened to the store?

I remeber during beta it was an ''in universe" store and was cool... then it became just a store and know its merge with this new game that ruins the look and feel.

please , oh I beg please bring back the in universe version of the store when I buy an elite skin for my ships I want to feel like I am in a ship store not a roller coaster add

Yeah bloomin' eck. I'm going to the store because I want to give you money for something Elite related, please don't spam other junk in my face and make it harder to find what I want. It just creates ill-will and annoys. =(

At least have a separate Elite Dangerous entrance.
There is an ED filter though. That is something at least, but it still feels all wrong.
We are the Elite elite and deserve separate store .

I think folks are just angry about other things (perhaps legitimately) and that is spilling over into every misplaced hair on Braben's head being the worst mistake he's ever made.

It's a pathetic complaint that the store which was exclusively ED is now shared with another Frontier game.

If Frontier putting all their games on their store offends people, those people really need to have a good look at themselves (and their lives) and try and work out what the real source of their unhappiness is (IMO ). If that should really turn out to be ED not meeting their expectations, maybe it is time to go play something else.

Its not the fact that FD are marketing their game but why did they have to do it and take away the ED store when they could have kept the ED store as was, and done a new front page of frontier developments and done separate child pages for each game so you start say shop.frontier.com then choose either coaster.frontier.com or ed.frontier.com for example

Whats next merging the forums so we all sit happily in one forum ????

But you have just proved my point with that link ... it is a parent board with child links off it it for each game\topic ... I have the ED dangerous discussion bookmarked so it get right to it without seeing any other the other stuff
