What happens after submit to issue tracker

If I submit that I've lost a power regulator by a bug or malfunctrion, can I expect it to be corrected and given a power regulator from support?

Also, when I did not receive another power regulator as a mission reward, can I expect support to give me an later when they care about the issue tracker submitted?
 
If you want to report an issue about lost stuff, don't use the issue tracker - "submit a request" on the support website. You get no feedback from issue tracker, you get email responses from support requests:

To me Power regulators is very rare and difficult to get. Maybe you can tell me how to get 10 easily without any effort!
An old thread, but in case you have not found the answer, take restore missions and abandon them. 10 will cost 1 million in fines.
