Thanks for the links! Rules seems reasonable, although it seems rather strange that there's no prisons for people which have committed homicide, but that's not worst case

You go directly to jail, you do not pass go and you do not collect £200.

Players being held captive and prevented from playing the game would be a sure fire way to start a storm of protest and get people to quit playing at all.

Best not to open that particular can of worms I think.
