Powerplay What happens to your weekly salary if you don't log in for a week?

I'm having surgery next wednesday. (I'm having my kidney removed due to it being a tumor instead of a functional kidney). I am supposed to be hospitalized anywhere from 3-7 days. I'm wondering what happens to my reward (granted thursday morning when I most definitely will still be in the hospital) if I am not out of the hospital and able to log in and play before the following thursday? I've been racking up extra merits so that half will still net me a reward (in fact, I hit 10k for the first time this week), so I know that I'm going to have a big reward thursday morning. What I don't know is if that reward will still be there a week later, and if it will have an additional reward for that additional week, or if the failure to have collected it will cause it to vanish.

Nothing I can do about how long I'm in the hospital, but I'm curious what I'll have to deal with when I get out.
