I think the fdl is going to be Clipper-level or better. The Vulture is the Asp-level fighter based on its stats. I can't imagine they would make two fighting craft in that same tier.
I think about the same size as an Asp. Less jump range, bigger guns hopefully including at least one large. More utility slots, less cargo space. Probably rather more expensive (there's nothing in the 10 million spot yet?).
