What has happen to FD customer support

My last ticket took 4 months to resolve from January to May, so today I logged a ticket with much trepidation.

However my ticket, which was logged outside UK working hours was responded to and sorted within 47 minutes.

I am very impressed by the MUCH improved customer support. Many thanks to CMDR Ariane!

Gotta be said, the two times I needed customer support they responded within an hour or so.

[h=2]FD customer support are Ace![/h]
 
Likewise, I had a ticket in, in the first 3 months I played ( the only time so far..), and I had a response within the hour.. top quality support!
