Dude, I do not quite understand your question or what you are expecting for an answer but following:
- The Diamondback Explorer makes a great smuggling and rares trading ship, can do most combat missions adequately, it will suck at PvP
- The Asp is a good answer to almost any question in the game, but it is quite expensive to jump directly from the Cobra
- The Vulture is an excellent combat ship for pirating (cargo a bit quaint), pvp and combat mission. You will initially have fun lolpwning Anacondas in combat missions and in CZs and you will make so much money in the process that you will be able to afford other ships quickly. So you can have dedicated smugglers or traders next to the Vulture very easy.
- After all that, buy a Diamondback Scout for the most amazing flying and if you master combat in that, you will truly be a respectable pilot.
