It should be a lot harder to do to NPC's than it currently is. But that's a totally different topic.

I'd like to report them for harassment. These little creatures, more often than not, find themselves in quite an odd situation when things don't go their way. Oddly enough they just /respawn in a brand new ship if you decide to be merciful.

I spent a whole lotta time engineering that ship, probably the last three weeks of gameplay, and only got it finished yesterday. You were my fourth duel since completing it. So, thanks for the great match. Actually, I knew it was going to be a tough fight because I faced Nightshady back during the winter in his battle Asp and now I know better than to underestimate. Properly fit and flown, the Asp can be a real handful.

Target Lock Breaker & Dispersal on my PA's. Under the circumstances I thought he kept a real cool head under pressure. People who rely on gimballed tracking usually lose their composure when they can't keep a target locked in and their gimbals are constantly being chaffed & dispersed.
