So, in terms of animals that I want in Planet Zoo, I think these will round out the roster quite well.
  1. Tasmanian devil
  2. Baboon (Preferably Hamadryas but I wouldn't be mad at an olive baboon)
  3. Sifaka (Ideally Coquerel's)
  4. Tree kangaroo (Either Matschie's or Goodfellow's)
  5. Peccary (ideally Collared)
  6. Armadillo
  7. Coati
  8. Spider monkey
  9. Tamarin/marmosets (Ideally a golden lion tamarin)
  10. Aye-aye
  11. Colobus monkey
  12. Nile crocodile (great as an anniversary animal)
  13. Howler monkey
  14. Gelada
  15. Takin (Ideally the Golden takin)

I like this list quite a bit actually. Definitely agree with the blue wildebeest as it’s a nice option to have in game for those that would like to mix it up a little bit. Not that I necessarily hate the black wildebeest but the blue is more common. Definitely like the black rhino absolutely necessary in planet zoo and unique from the white. Like the baboon choice as well but the olive baboon has definitely grown on me to the point I might rather have that. But yes great list.

Yeah I mostly poached this from what @Nicholas LionRider said on discord. His main motive was what'd be nice for us to get based on his time in the community and what'd take a load off of modders as many of these animals would be a royal pain

I'd absolutely love all of those. Especially the Primates. Another Crocodile would be nice especially because we have none from Africa yet

5+ more Habitat birds (Kiwi, Pelican, Goose, Capercaillie, Greater Rhea, Shoebill, Stork, Secretary Bird)

3+ monkeys (Black Howler, Spider, Golden Lion Tamarin, Colobous,...)

I do neither find the Black Rhino, the Nile Crocodile and the Blue Wildebeest important to round up the rooster. Surely nice-to-haves but not so important in my opinion. But all in all a good list from you.
