As for now ED acts like there is no humans inside ship and pilot is some cyborg
I recommend to you Rogue System it will be very realistic in this terms of pilot body effects. Very awesome stuff.

Elite Dangerous is not into such realism and life like problems caused on virtual body so only RS is for us realism lovers
