What in the world just happened?

Was fighting on eranin conflict zone on my Conda fully equiped and suddendly I exploded. I'm in solo mode, and was miles from the big ship, I don't think any npc ramming me either cuz an npc ram on a conda is just shields down.

Any idea what might have happened?

PS: not looking for compesation here I already got my conda back from insurance just find it odd.

Ok just exploded coming out of SC. Going to submit a ticked since this is the second time I blow up for no reason. This never happened on any other ship I've owened.

I also got my conda back from insurance again but if this keeps happening Im gonna go broke soon

Edit: forgot to say on this explotion I saw my conda like if I had ejected. I didn't push any ejection buttons either
