What is Park Balance Bonus?

Been wondering this since beta. Anyone know what "Park Rating Bonus" and all the other contributing factors to park rating are?

I could guess at what they could mean, but it would also be great to know for sure and how they are calculated. Here is what's listed under park rating...

Ride Rating
Scenery Rating
Park Balance Bonus
Marketing Bonus
Guest Happiness

I assume Ride Rating and Scenery rating are directly related to the number of rides and scenery objects you have in your park.

Marketing Bonus increases when you have marketing campaign and Guest Happiness rises or falls in proportion to guests mood.

So what is Park Balance Bonus? Is it a measure of the balance between rides and scenery in your park? Is it the balance of thrill rides vs family rides?

Bonus Question: Is there a cap to park rating? An ideal range? Or does it rise until you run out of space to build making it kind of a trivial stat in big parks? I'm working on the assumption that park rating is an overall measure of how great your park is and either in part, or directly controls the number of guests that enter.

Park Balance bonus is the ratio of rides vs scenery I believe.

No idea if there even is a park rating cap, all it seems to do though is control the number of guests that show up.
Not sure if its flow wise, or just, a sort of fluctuating soft cap.
