Ships What is the Best PvP Loadout?

Can't seem to get power under 103%? I've disabled cargo, fsd, fuel scoop and one of the cell banks unless you plan on disabling the kill warrant scanner after you use it since it draws power when deployed.
Talking about the KWS I don't really see the need, sure player bounties can be high but usually you don't have time to use the 15 second scan since they have either run or attacked you before its finished scanning. Can keep it just in case you do normal bounty hunting anyway..

FYI Keep both chaff active since they deploy in sequence anyway and allow you to chaff 100% of the time if you want.

Maybe look at swapping that military armour out for jump range since armour really doesn't help the FDL too much in PVP (you have shields or you are dead usually :p)

Sensors can be D rated if you are doing PVP since you are most often doing interdictions and things like that anyway so you can keep track. Did you want an interdictor on there because realistically that restricts you to either 1 shield cell bank or no fuel scoop (unless you are operating as a wing and are dropping in, I mean who is going to interdict you in an FDL :))

Finally A rate that frame shift drive since its off during combat anyway!

In my re-build I deleted the countermeasure since until the buff in 1.3 missiles/torps do almost no damage to shields anyway and chaff should deal with them too.

I'd look at something more like this but feel free to make your own mind up and chop and change :D

Disable fuel scoop, AFMU, cargo hatch and one SCB to get to 99% power use. Swap out SCB's, when they are both empty activate AFMU which will reactivate your thrusters/FSD if they die during your escape. Feel free to swap the scoop for an interdictor module.
Finally on the weapons I've gone for pulses since they do good module damage as well as shield, they will do for any ships up to Vulture size and for anything bigger that huge cannon should do the trick if aimed right before the multicannons would really come into play.

Edit: If you want to get rid of the KWS then a D shield booster works just fine :)

My plan is to my scoop, FSD, and an interdictor I added off during combat. I will set power priorities to make it easier to set up. Thanks for your tips.
