Ships What is the best ship for burning station rescues?

I ran several loops in my Python with a bunch of economy passenger seats and some heat-sink launchers. Is the Python the best ships for these events?

As I see it I need:
FSD for getting there
Fuel Scoop for getting there, to be swapped for passenger seats once I arrive
Small cargo rack for pay outs
Small shield, just enough to handle bumping into stuff

What ship is best? I didn't take my T-9 because of the heat and large ship issues. The Anaconda is out due to limited large landing pads along with possible problems in the toaster rack.

As I mentioned, the ship I took was the Python. Is it the best for these events?

I used my Anaconda for this, loaded to the gills with economy cabins. It probably is the best ship for this, but I do play in solo so I don't have to contend for large landing pads. The Python is certainly by far and away the best medium pad ship for the job.

Anaconda; based on pure capacity for refugees. Solo, to ensure optimal delivery.

I'll leave this up to an exercise for the reader as to whether that could be classed as fun, however. Personally? I used 'conda in open and had fun queuing and being involved in endless photobombing and silly chin wagging in over comms.

I was on the Luxury Tour, and we decided to divert the expedition to help in Maia with our Saud Kruger ships. So for me, I did a few rescue runs with my trusty Beluga.
A few facts :
~130 passengers per run
2 heat sinks per run to stay below 90%
several collisions with the station debris + several fines for reckless flying
hung to the toaster rack half of the time

... but loads of fun and ~2000 people evacuated !

Every ship as long as you apply at least grade 1 low emissive mod on the powerplant. This way, 1 heatsink should be enough to get in and out without any hurry ;)
Just keep the powerdraw low enough so that you don't need on overcharged PP. One ship that can do that for sure is the almighty Python. She's the best...ALWAYS! :D

You can do it in just about any ship as long as you have decent passenger capacity. I've been doing burning station rescue missions on my Cutter, and I don't even have heat sink launchers on it, lol. I just ignore "Critical Heat" whining and keep doing my things. It'll get really hot but once I get out of station it'll cool down again and I will fly away with 172 paxes protected by my class 8 shield and whole arsenal of weapons. I could probably trade my shield for another 32 pax cabin but nah, I like to be shielded. Lol. "Large ship issue" is rather subjective, once you start flying these things regularly you'll get used to it. I don't have any issues taking my Cutter into the burning station at all.

This is a Krait mk2 build for pirate threat zones with a 7A low emissions power plant to alleviate overheating from the thermal shock experimental that some targets use, it idles around 20% so it should be fine for burning stations just add some passenger cabins.

Or a super cool Dolphin https://is.gd/Y8hXHQ 9% idle according to EDSY

guys n gals are there any benefits in having cargo n limpets for the escape pods?
also does a shield do anything for heat or is it for debris?
Thanks
