Turned up at a Fed system - just go there and cannot remember the name. The controlling faction has influence going down and is in the state "lockdown".
Its a High Tech place and I was looking for Outfitting and Shipyard to be honest. Nearest thing to the enry star is a location called "goods wanted" or something like that, I assumed it was a badly named station, as I had not done my research. I went there and lots of Type 6/7 NPCs asking for different commodities for the lockdown.
As I am unfriendly with the Feds right now (too much attempted cop killing and smuggling, I just cannot resist it), I am wondering if this is a why to promote my rep with the Feds. Alternatively I am not far from the Empire border so, well you know, could go the other way if the money is right.
Having searched the forum, this seems to be a state where players have attempted to implement regime change - cannot someone enlighten me about the state?
