It was added in the horizons music and after driving around on a planet or moon for a long enough time, the game plays this extremely beautiful and sad music. When I first heard it, I looked up towards the milky way galaxy and all I could do was shed a tear in her beauty. I realized how small and fragile I was in the universe. I realized that we are all gonna die one day. Every planet, star, nebula, and even black hole will one day die. I stopped being so afraid of death after that point...I was afraid of time. The piano music ended and that flood of thoughts felt so weird to look back on even though they had just happened mere moments ago. I have not been able to find that music anywhere, but whenever I'm cruising on a planet...it'll always remind me of my place in the universe.

Don't think they've released the Horizons OST for purchase, there were tracks added. The current OST for sale is from Vanilla ED
