I was thinking of getting a T7 and upgrading it to a high spec to complement my fully upgraded Cobra that I use for bounty hunting and small rare runs.
I'm planning to take some time to do some long distance trading and the Type 6 doesn't carry as much cargo as I want to haul and the Imperial Clipper, while a lovely ship to fly is just too expensive to kit out to a high standard.
I've flown the T7 before but only lightly upgraded and it was horrible, overheating whenever I jumped, handled like a pig on rollerskates and easy meat even for the lowest NPCs.
Would something like this setup be able to trade safely and not be too horrible to fly? Obviously it's a transport ship so it is bound to be a slow and lumbering old beast but would it be just as frustrating as the low spec ship I flew before?
