Maybe these are all over the place, but I've just run into it once - heading in to McDivitt Settlement, some red skull projection near the landing pad! Does it signify anything, or is just there for decoration? Everything worked as normal at the station, well, nothing on the Bulletin Board but I've seen that in a couple of places. I don't recall seeing anything like this before Beta 3, but then I have traveled further afield this beta!
