What is wrong with the sidewinders?

Currently there are 8+ (!!!) Sidewinders bugged inside the Dalton Gateway in LHS 3447. What is going on?
There are more than you can see on the screenshot. I wasn't able to get them all in one picture.
Quite funny actually since the stations are firing at them ^^

Eh, probably just newbies on their first or second time docking... obviously struggling, since LHS 3447 is a very common system where new players start and spawn at.
And that fed dropship? perhaps a bug in the game that doesn't remind the AI's to request docking.

These are bots! (Look at the radar) That are bugged inside the station. They are clipping into it.

Saw one doing the same sort of thing somewhere completely different today, with the station blasting the hell out of itself trying to shoot it. Noticed the station's fire seemed to be more consistent and convergent than usual.

Strange....yesterday at a nav beacon, I saw one after the other npc Sidey freeze on the spot, as if they timed out.
I guess its a connection issue.
