For me, without a doubt, it has to be the Greater Flamingo. I love birds as is, and I must have them in my zoo whenever the game would allow me to.
Outside of how odd this bird is the more you look into it, Planet Zoo would allow players to house up to 500 of these little guys, and the sight seeing the zoo's population of flamingos boom over time really makes me appreciate and love these species of bird in game.
I also had this experience when I decided to house the flamingo thinking it would be nothing too special, where upon having the staff load these birds into their habitat, the first flamingo without any hesitation would B-line to the nearest pool of water to stand in. I loved them ever since.
