I only visited zoos in UK, didn't visit zoos outside UK except San Diego Zoos. Anyway, here my favourite zoos (mostly in UK)
- Wild Place (Named Bristol Zoo Project now, Wild Place was better lol) - Honestly this zoo is beautiful, this zoo is so natural. It feels like you're at a natural reserve, Wild Place did great job at providing natural habitats for their animals like their Bear Wood, their Bear Wood is outstanding. Huge woodland exhibits for Lynx, Wolverine, Bear and Wolf, this is probably one of the best exhibit in UK zoo ever I seen. Future plans for Wild Place looks pretty good, they're going to have Gorilla, Mandrill, Okapi, Black Rhinoceros and many more, they're focusing on getting more endangered animals in their zoo which is amazing.
- San Diego Safari Park - This zoo is so spacious especially that safari exhibit with many different African animals living in there. This place also have lots of great animals, didn't explore around the zoo fully, it is so massive than I expected.
- Chester Zoo - Visited this zoo twice this year, also went to there some times before. A zoo with diversity of animals, many different birds, reptiles, insects, etc. which is great to see. I enjoyed visiting there very much, the new project, "Heart of Africa" is looking good, I am looking forward to see how it turns out after it is completed.
- Yorkshire Wildlife Park - Visited this zoo once, their animal exhibits are huge. It is nice seeing animals in there having bigger exhibits, they rescued some animals like their lions were rescued from Romania and two brown bears recused from Japan, it is nice to see a zoo doing both conservation and rescue works.
