well.. considering political banter is allowed on powerplay.... but not on these off-topic forums... perhaps i should be more cunning and speak in code.. within the powerplay forums.. lol
will i be impeding on their political policy rules if done in secret squirrel code talk? lol
political talk is only sort of allowed on the powerplay part of the forums cause powerplay is politics

Indeed - however complaints about the forum rules would best not be discussed on the open forums - especially as at least one thread has been closed on that topic already today.

You quoted the game's motto - "Blaze your own trail" and used it as an argument for free speech on the forums.
So I tried to point out ridiculousness of your reasoning by using another thing that is allowed in game and asked you if you think it's okay to do on forums.
I consider the actions taken by the Moderators to not continue with the political discussions on here... a personal victory!! simply becos it prevented the propagation of lies!! something i vehemently detest!!

if blazing your own trail... means you can be a pirate, or a civilised explorer.. both have the oppurtunity to respond to each others actions.. each will justify themselves.. this is the essence of the freedom of speech
If there is no forum to justify ones preferred mode of play... than how will the Soft law abiding citizens of Elite Dangerous survive in a cut-throat galaxy.. if they have no communication to fight evil??
