What kind of system can I expect to find "collect data" passenger missions in?

I'm struggling to find a system offering these, and I'd like to find one, as they are the nearest thing to exploration missions we have.

High tech?

I thought these were quite common so obviously build some local rep or try a higher population star system maybe? They tend to be long range missions I know and though I haven't actually tried one myself, I'd suggest checking the missions you don't qualify for. Maybe you need a business class cabin or something, to carry those scientists in style.

I believe all the long range tourist missions have been relocated to Tourism-economy planets.

Thanks guys. Yes I have checked the missions I don't qualify for. I haven't been able to see these missions anywhere. Probably looking in the wrong places.

Wolf 562 has more passenger missions than you can fill a Cutter with.
