Hardware & Technical What monitor

What's your budget?

I'd get a huge 1080P LED or a nice wide IPS monitor meself. I've had great luck with Sony Tvs and ASUS monitors.
High framerate looks better on a high refresh monitor, but the immersion of a humongous tv can't be denied.

For ED in particular, I find an ultra-wide monitor helps a lot with the experience, without the pain of trying to set up multiple monitors. Given the GPU and budget, there are various 2560x1080 resolution 29" monitors from Acer, Asus, LG to choose from.

As an example, just seen a 29" in Novatech for under £300. It's LG. http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/monitors/28inchplusmonitors/29ub67-b.html

Also and Asus 28" http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/monitors/28inchmonitors/vn289q.html

(Again, apologies for always linking to Novatech, I use them all the time. Links as a guide.)
