That'll be the Asp, which costs about 8 millions in a pure trading outfit.
It is essentially a bigger and better Cobra with more jump range, better shields and armor and more hardpoints which are also better placed around the cockpit at the front.
You can even outfit it for light bounty hunting for under 8 million by adding weapons, a kill warrant scanner and shield boosters: Click here
To max it out for combat, you will need around 40 million and an additional 4 million to have 2 times the rebuy cost of 2 million covered.

An ASP is the obvious choice. If I remember correctly your typical T6 trading set up provides 100 cargo. It's possible to set up a fair all round ASP trader/bounty hunter with 90 cargo. You might need a bit more then 8 million to buy and kit out fully but if your trading in your T6 that will go some way and a few trading or bh sessions later and you'll start getting the upgrades.
